Terms and Conditions:
To enter this agreement, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must enter into this agreement on your behalf. In that case, both you and your parent/legal guardian need to comply with the Terms and Conditions. The words "you" and "your" will refer to both you and your parent/legal guardian, where applicable.
Our obligations to you
Our courses and books are designed to help your child read and speak English fluently. We focus on phonetics and correct pronunciation, aiming to make our lessons practical and useful in daily life. Our lessons are delivered by a real person, and we encourage your child to participate in each class to build confidence.
We will provide homework at the end of each lesson to solidify what they have learned in class.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information, academic performance, and use of the English with Jumping Jinx platform.
From time to time, we may change our course prices. This will not affect your current course package that you have paid for. Please refer to our website for any changes in course prices.
Your obligations to us
You will need access to a computer with the latest browser version, a camera and microphone, and reasonable internet access. You should test this before each lesson. We ask that students be one to two minutes early for each lesson.
Your child must attend every lesson at their chosen time, and there will be no refunds for unused lessons. We are not responsible for internet connection issues or nonattendance due to your circumstances, such as illness. In the event of a class cancellation from our end, we will provide a replacement class and notify you by email of the new time and date.
We request that parents ensure their child completes homework for at least 15 minutes daily, three days per week. This is because children may lose interest and confidence if they feel they are falling behind. By becoming better in English, your child will thrive at school.
